Karisse Seegobin, DDS

Dr. Karisse Seegobin became interested in dentistry during her time working at a dental office in her home country of Trinidad and Tobago. There she gained a passion for patient education and reaching those in need. From that point, she made it her goal to help others see the value of oral health.

Dr. Seegobin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dental school brought Dr. Seegobin to Kentucky, she graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2021. There she excelled in all areas, but her passion for public service and giving back to others stood out the most. She received a scholarship in her 4th year for having the most volunteer hours of the class and was awarded the American Association of Public Health Dentistry Award at graduation.

Dr. Seegobin brings a warm, welcoming presence to her dental practice. She is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages. She focuses on clear, honest communication since she believes that informed patients make the best decisions for their health. She takes the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and empower every individual with the knowledge they need to maintain a healthy, confident smile.

Outside of the office, Dr. Seegobin enjoys a full and joyful family life with her husband, young son, and their two energetic golden doodles. She enjoys being outdoors, trying out new recipes in the kitchen and spending time with her family.
